Have you ever heard of the brand name Honma Golf? The brand was an object of adoration for many golfers around the world in the good old days, and golf clubs manufactured by Honma Golf were revered as some of the finest made in Japan. We at Kentack have inherited the world's finest technology from Honma Golf and seek to preserve the traditions developed by the founders of this elite company. Honma Golf, the foundation for Kentack, is now part of a foreign company, leaving the hands of the two brothers who founded the company, Yukihiro Honma and Hiro Honma. As a result of this multi-national acquisition, Hiro Honma, one of the founding brothers, realized that the brand image he cherished had been lost. In order to preserve and re-establish the Honma Golf spirit, he started Kentack Golf in 2007 to continue his respects to superior Japanese tradition and technology in the gold industry. Hiro Honma is a golf club making genius who created the premium golf club brand name under his own name during the heyday of Honma Golf. Taking advantage of fifty years of golf club making experience, with the integration of function and beauty as its corporate philosophy, the Kentack brand has initiated a truly reborn Honma brand. Since the inception of Kentack, the traditions and techniques left behind by Hiro Honma are still inherent in the Kentack brand. The purpose of our golf clubs is to hit the ball more easily and more accurately whilst upholding the club’s delicate beauty and artistic form. This can only be possible by adhering to the craftsmanship carefully developed by Hiro Honma that is a hallmark of golf products made in Japan. However, Kentack does not only rely on these former traditions, we also accumulate further research on golf technology every day, to further expand and improve the design and function of our golf clubs. Ten years on, we pledge to continue to provide our customers with the most user-friendly, top-quality and high-end golf clubs without losing sight of the traditions and values the Honma name was founded on.

【 本間裕朗(HIROO HONMA) 】Former President of Honma Golf Co., Ltd. Born in 1955 as the second son of the Honma family. 1Established Honma Golf Co., Ltd. with his brother, Hiroaki, in 1963.From this time on, Honma Golf started to make a hit and became famous worldwide. Resigned from the company in 2005.He was involved in the production and design of golf clubs.
